"Yaaaaay! It's the laaab!" Soren cried happily, skipping up to the door. Finally - she was there. In her short fourteen years of life, she had been to quite a few regions... And too many for her to remember. She gave a smile, and then thought of what Pokemon to pick.
"There's Azurill, Teddiursa, Charmander, Ekans, Phanpy, Bulbasaur and.... Ghastly." She said to herself, memorizing the lab's starter on her way to the lab. (With the help of a flyer of some sort in her hands, of course. Soren couldn't possibly remember all those names... Or could she?) "Hmmm... Bulbasaur, or Charmander? Bulbasaur's a grass poison type, but Charmander evolves into Charizard! Eeep... Tough choices." She sighed, and walked up to the door, and knocked twice; it only seemed polite. "Aloha, anyone in there? I'd like to get my starter Pokemon, please!"

:: A young proffesor, probably only in his fourtees came walking out from the other room, which was also filled with shelves and shelves of pokeballs, and great balls, and ultra balls, and all the many balls you could imagine. Except master balls... he kept those somewhere secret ^^;. "Hey there newbie," he laughed punching her in the arm teasingly. "I'm proffesor Fall!" he exclaimed opening his arms. "Have you decided on your pokemon yet? Once you do that, I'll explain my 'New Trainer Challenge'!!" he laughed excitedly. ::

I'm not exactly a new trainer. I have owned my own Pokemon, but, uh, yeah, I think you get it." She nodded, thinking of her Lapras from some-region-she-traveled. "And... Sure, explain the 'New Trainer Challenge' to me!" She grinned - it seemed intresting. |

:: He paced back and forth smiling. "Well- we have one charmander here that I've been working with for a while. She's very energetic and a little... out of her mind if you will-" he paused. "And I also have a bulbasaur who I think would do well with you. He's quiet, and very determined and seems to be incredibly loyal to it's owner. A tad over protective but I like him," the proffessor nodded to Soren holding out the two pokeballs. "Would you like one of these?" he asked excitedly. ::

"They both sound great... But I can only pick one - right?" She asked. Energetic, and a bit... out of her mind kind of charmander, or a quiet, but very loyal and determined bulbasaur. She shrugged. "Uh... What do you think?" Soren asked with a smile. |

"Could you make me an exception?" Soren asked, with her sweetest smile. "If not..." She sighed, and took the ball closest to her right. "This one. Is this the Charmander, or Bulbasaur?" She wondered out loud. Soren waited for a moment, then tossed the Pokeball into the air...

Event!New Pokemon  Species: Bulbasaur Name: Your Choice Gender: Male Level: 5 HP: 6 Attacks: Vine Whip (damage 3), Tackle (damage 2) Personality: Quiet, Strong, Loyal, Calm :: "Call me if you discover anything you'd care to donate to the research of pokemon," he says. "Oh yes, and take this to," he says handing her what he thought was a starter pack. He walked away slowling leaving the strange bag on the table. On the bag read the label, "For Cody Mitchel in Sunrise Town". The pack was filled with items. x2 potions x6 max revive x2 moonstones and there was also a strange rock that was much heavier than it should've been for it's size.  :: The proffessor had gone off somewhere and couldn't be reached, for the doors he had left through were slammed shut- just then... a wiggling could be heard in the bag and a pokemon leapt out of a luxury ball! :: Event!New Pokemon  Species: Clefairy Name: Princess Gender: Female Level: 5 HP: 6 Attacks: Sing (puts opponent to sleep for 3 turns), Tackle (damage 2) Personality: Attention Craving, Vain, Snobby :: It looked up at Soren then sighed walking out the doors. :: |

She poked the pack, and peered inside it. "Moon stone, potions, max revives, weird rock thing... This ain't your average starter pack! Ay, a name too? Hmm... I guess I should return this to whoever "Coody Mitshe... Cody Mitchell, I mean, is... Don't you think, Blade? Yeah, that's right, Bulbasaur. Your name is offically - Blade!" She grinned at the Bulbasaur - dubbed Blade by her roughly, oh.. ten seconds ago? Yeah. Soren stared at the Clefairy, as Princess walked away. "Well, Professor, if you can hear me... bye!" She walked out of the doors, with Blade following behind her.
